Foundations | Your Implementation Journey
1 | Discovery.
We are fans of history. We take the time to learn your business to understand how you got to where you are, and how to get you to where you want to go. We gather your user stories, we document your processes, and we establish a strong foundation.
4 | Build.
Now that we have a design , we build. We take an iterative approach to builds and provide demos along the way throughout each build cycle. We believe the best way to see your project take shape is to truly see your project take shape.
7 | Validate.
Plain and simple, we don’t deploy solutions that do not pass user acceptance testing. We validate that our build meets requirements so we can prepare for our next major milestone: deployment
2 | Roadmap.
The roadmap gives us the ability to scale your solution in a way that optimizes the adaption/success of your implementation and provides you with next steps to make incremental improvements along the way. We assess your current state and where you need to go, and we tailor a roadmap to get you there.
5 | Train.
Often times, organizations are either standing up something brand new, or trying to improve on an old solution that just doesn’t cut it. We know that training your workforce is the best way to ensure your team buys into the vision and becomes a part of the solution. No one wants a beautiful solution that doesn’t get used.
8 | Deploy.
Now you are near your destination! Once we have validated our solution and received approval to proceed, we deploy your crisp, clean solution for all the world to see.
3 | Design.
Once we learn your business, we design an optimized solution in the context of Salesforce. We provide detailed documentation and focus on scalable, elegant solutions that meet your needs.
6 | Test.
Our iterative approach to builds means that we need to test to validate that our build fits your use case perfectly. This means that we conduct thorough testing with your freshly trained user base to identify any potential gaps, bugs, or feature enhancements that will ultimately result in a bulletproof solution that is tried and true.
9 | Maintain.
Whew, what a ride. The work is never done, however. Undoubtedly you will encounter little odds and ends in the first few weeks of your go-live. That’s life! But the good news is this isn’t our first rodeo. We have baked in time to support you and your team so you can maintain your successful deployment.
